SHIPPING

All our items will go out via Royal Mail Special Delivery unless over 2.5kg.

Royal Mail Special Delivery insures your parcel to the value of £500.

DPD will be used for larger parcels.

INSURED P&P

When you make an order we will contact you to verify that you are happy with said order going out should the standard rate of insurance not cover your order.

In this instance you will be offered to increase it or keep it cheaper at your own risk!

You will be asked to email a confirmation of this waiver for our records as all items are fully tested prior to dispatch and are packaged to the best possible standards.

NON INSURED P&P?

If you choose not to have insurance, then you run a real risk of having no protection in the event of a non delivery or a damaged delivery.

At the point of either scenarios here, we can only provide help and are not responsible for replacing the item or refunding the item.

  SAME DAY DISPATCH

(On Stocked Orders)
If we have your items in stock then same day dispatch is applied automatically, once paid you get a confirmation email sent upon purchase and then another email upon dispatch.

  DISPATCH FOR NON STOCKED ITEMS
This can occur due to us making the equipment here in the UK and sometimes we fall behind on product build due to international component shortages, force majeure or logistical delays for our components.

Although every care is taken to ensure this never happens, it can happen and we aim to tell you within the first instance of us getting notified of your order.

We are happy to provide you with an accurate dispatch time and should you be happy to proceed with the order, it will be maintained, with us contacting you to inform of your product dispatch at the agreed date.

  REFUND FOR NON STOCKED ITEMS
If you have ordered an item that is not stocked and you cannot wait, please contact us and you will receive an immediate refund. If you can wait, we will contact you with an accurate lead time and keep you updated at every stage.

  OTHER COURIERS
From time to time we will assess whether up and coming couriers are reliable enough for dispatch use etc.

Our main concern for using any courier is that we can track the parcels accurately and more importantly try to contact the driver.

If your order is better suited to one such courier then we take it upon ourselves to cover this risk assessment and should there be any problems then we will resolve the matter internally.
